Is that one for 4307 SW Seattle St correct? From $1,850K not that long ago, to $680K, now down to $548K!

Many of the "troubled" flips are actually subdivided lots and/or new construction.

Whoever set it up needs to add a simple rule specifying that the construction year must be less than the year last sold.

As it is, much of what is on the list is not a flip or necessarily under water.
