Ok, so I know it's not an original marketing scheme...

Today I arrived home (to my new house that we purchased using Redfin). There was a large box on my porch, addressed to the husband and myself. I opened the box to find a "thank you" gift from Redfin. A box full of gourmet coffee, tea, and chocolate.

Not only did we get 2% of the commission back, we also got a surprise box of treats. It only solidifies my opinion that Redfin was definitely the way to go...our experience with them exceeded my expectations.
