I learned about this blog in one of the articles I read in the Seattle P.I., thank you Mr. Aubrey Cohen. My buddy is a real estate agent, keeping his eyes out for me. Still, I've looked at local homes (not condos), and I cant really seem to find too many homes at a good price, either Im being being too picky or too cheap. This is gonna be my first home, so I kind of want to buy the right home, but for a good price. So now Im starting to think should I hire a builder? and theres one that I've looked into, but not sure yet. Any recommendations?
